How it works

Rather than selling land in its current state, we work with you to explore what could be achieved.

We manage the design, planning and overall strategy, using our architectural expertise to secure planning consent and maximise the value of the site.

We provide our architecture services for no upfront fee.

In many cases, the land is then sold with planning in place. This can significantly increase its value compared to a sale without consent.

Our return is taken on the sale of the land, aligning our success with yours.

Instead of charging architect’s fees, we partner with you.
