Where the studio focuses on designing and shaping exceptional homes, Wilde Developments takes this a step further by identifying, funding and progressing residential opportunities from early concept through to the most appropriate outcome.

What we do
We identify and deliver residential development opportunities across Scotland, working in partnership with landowners and investors to unlock potential and create value.
Our focus is on sites and buildings that are often overlooked, including;
Unused land
Derelict or redundant buildings
Ruined steadings
Properties in need of significant renovation.
Using our architectural expertise, we look beyond the current condition or constraints to understand what could be achieved, often unlocking value where others may not.
Depending on the opportunity, this may involve securing planning consent to enhance the value of a site or taking a project further through to delivery.
We offer an initial appraisal at no cost, giving clear and informed insight into the potential of each asset.
Partnering with landowners
We work with landowners to bring forward development opportunities through joint venture partnerships.
This approach allows us to manage the design, planning and overall strategy, while sharing both the risk and the reward.
