Wilde Developments

Unlocking the potential of Scotland’s land and buildings

A Different Way to Unlock the Value of Your Land

Wilde Developments offers an alternative to the traditional route of hiring architects or land agents.

We work with farmers and landowners across Scotland to release the hidden value in unused land and derelict buildings, without asking you to take on the usual upfront risks.

How our joint venture approach works

Instead of charging architect’s fees, we partner with you.

We handle the planning application and development strategy to maximise the value of your land or buildings, then support you through to a successful sale. The financial structure is simple:

  • No upfront architect’s fees - we invest our time and expertise at our own risk.

  • If planning fails, you owe nothing.

  • If planning succeeds, our return is a pre-agreed percentage of the final sale price.

  • You only pay once the asset sells and funds are available.

It’s a low-risk way to turn unused land or buildings into a profitable asset.
